Two Red Dots for LUNAR & Fujitsu

LUNAR’s European team in Munich is celebrating two Red Dot awards in recognition of products created with our client Fujitsu.

The Fujitsu Esprimo Q Series Mini PC and the Primergy TX300 server received the awards from Red Dot’s international jury. Both products are based on the unique design language LUNAR created in collaboration with Fujitsu in 2011. The same design language is at the heart of Fujitsu’s LED screen series that brought home a Red Dot design award last year.

“As part of evolving and fine-tuning the overall corporate design we also elevated the infinity-mark to become Fujitsu‘s crown jewel: a core brand element on all products, recognizable from a distance,” says Roman Gebhard of LUNAR Europe. “In the Esprimo Q Series Mini PC, for example, the infinity mark appears to be hovering above the distinctive 3D surface pattern as a bold and sophisticated icon of the Fujitsu brand.”

We’re delighted to share this honor with Toni Koberling, Head of Design at Fujitsu, as well as his great team.
